Meet your photographers
We are Vicki and Oliver from Phoenix Media Mallorca, an experienced photography team specialising in private and commercial events.
Between us, we have photographed private parties, weddings, conferences, charity golf events, corporate gatherings, hospitality events, live sport, bands and DJs.
We are comfortable working in fast-moving environments, difficult lighting and busy rooms. We know when to work quietly in the background, when to take control of a group photograph and when to be ready for an important moment that cannot be repeated.
Our approach is organised, relaxed and professional. We work closely with hosts, organisers and venues to understand the schedule, priorities and photographs required. Guests feel comfortable, organisers feel supported and the final gallery provides a complete and useful record of the event.

NATURAL EVENT COVERAGE
One photographer providing two continuous hours of natural event coverage.
The photographer will work discreetly throughout the event, capturing the atmosphere, guest interactions, reactions and spontaneous moments as they happen.
Formal and informal group photographs can also be organised when required.
The result is a complete and natural record of the event, with approximately 100 professionally edited images.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY & AN ONSITE PORTRAIT STUDIO
Two photographers providing complete event coverage together with a portable portrait studio.
Before the event, we will assess the venue and identify a suitable area for the portraits. On the day, we will create a dedicated portrait space using professional studio lighting.
The portrait area does not require a traditional photography backdrop although we can bring a backdrop or select an attractive part of the venue and light it professionally. It also does not need a large space to work well.
Guests can be photographed individually, as couples, in family groups or as teams.
The studio can be relaxed and entertaining for a private party or more structured and brand-focused for a commercial event.
While one photographer manages the portrait area, the other continues documenting the event. This allows us to provide complete candid coverage alongside consistent, professionally lit portraits. This option includes approximately 150 professionally edited images.

Coverage can include venue details, branding, speakers, presentations, sponsor visibility, audience reactions, networking, team photographs and natural photographs of the event in progress. We are comfortable working independently, although we welcome a brief from your marketing, communications or events team when one is available.
Fast-turnaround preview images can also be arranged for press releases, social media releases and next-day communications.
Corporate and conference photography is quoted according to the event schedule, location, number of photographers, required deliverables and turnaround time.
